Abstract: Our previous studies have found that AML blasts can express IgM and IgG, and the high level of IgG expression contributes to leukemogenesis and AML progression, and is related with poor prognosis, but the mechanisms are still unclear. Therefore, it is necessary to further explore the structural characteristics of Ig to lay the foundation for revealing the mechanism. Here, we further analyzed the expression frequency and variable region sequences of all of Ig heavy chains and light chains expressed in AML blasts.
