Abstract: We investigated the composition of miRNA pools in tumors of various anatomical localizations (anal, vulvar, tonsillar) and different HPV status, together with the well-characterized HPV-positive cervical tumors. RNA was extracted from triplicate tumor samples and normal tissues and quantified by next-generation sequencing.
