Abstract: These are RNA-Seq samples from patients undergoing surgery for small bowel and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Normal tissue, primary tumors, lymph nodes, and liver metastases were collected at surgery and stored in RNAlater until RNA extraction was carried out for RNA-Seq.
