Abstract: Deep-sequencing of T-cell receptor (TCR) transcripts derived from 5' RACE data (see DOI:10.3389/fimmu.2015.00644/PMID:26793190) reveals a variety of novel splice events with potentially regulatory significance, including putative splice QTLs.
