Investigation of repetitive DNA in Pisum sativum genome

Identifiers: SRA: ERP001104
BioProject: PRJEB2813
BCAS: PSAT_REP01
Study Type:
Whole Genome Sequencing
Abstract: The study is focused on global analysis of repetitive DNA composition in the pea genome using bioinformatic analysis of low-pass whole genome sequencing data generated by NGS technologies. In addition, ChIP-seq is used to specifically study repeat composition of pea centromeres.
