Ameliorants alters fungal community composition in saline-sodic soil

Identifiers: SRA: SRP132542
BioProject: PRJNA433313
Study Type:
Metagenomics
Abstract: Saline-sodic soils are widely distributed across the world; ameliorants can improve soil physic-chemical properties and activate microbial communities. However, it is unclear how ameliorants affects the fungal community in this soil type, so the high-throughput sequencing were used to characterize soil fungal communities from soils amended with four types of soil ameliorants over an 8-year application.
