Identifiers: SRA: SRP059260
BioProject: PRJNA284518
Study Type:
Transcriptome Analysis
Abstract: The waterflea Daphnia magna is used to explore gene x environment interactions, central to the food web of lentic aquatic habitats and a model for environmental health. This study examines expressed RNA-Seq of two ecotypes and a recombinant line of D. magna exposed to 14 environmental stressors.
