Abstract: The recent global emergence of multi-drug-resistant (MDR) clones of Gram-negative bacteria (GNB) as pathogens in intensive care units and the community has narrowed treatment options for these life-threatening infections. We will sequence 200 bacterial genomes on the Illumina platform and 20 on the PacBio.
