Abstract: Seedlings of pea (Pisum sativum L.) breed Frisson were inoculated with Rhizobium leguminosarum strain CIAM1026. After 4 weeks developed nodules were harvested, frozen in liquid nitrogen and grinded. Analysis of transcriptomic profile was executed by method of Massive Analysis of cDNA Ends (MACE) (GenXPro GmbH, Altenhöferallee 3, 60438 Frankfurt Main, Germany).
