Abstract: To estimate the impact of oncogenesis on transcriptome, we established cell lines as cellular oncogenic models induced by combinations of oncogenes using human lung diploid fibroblasts (HDFs: TIG-3). We performed transcriptome analysis of TIG-3 (parental), TIG-3 TS (hTert/SV40, immortalized), TIG-TSM (hTert/SV40/c-Myc transformed) and TIG-TSM (hTert/SV40/c-Myc transformed).
